Just because you learn something doesn't mean it's
true, healthy or accurate. Some lessons need to be unlearned.
If you've
learned you're:
not pretty enough or too pretty;
too smart or not smart enough;
too
skinny or not thin enough;
too much of a jock or not coordinated enough;
too quiet or
not talkative enough;
too sexy or not desirable enough;
too full of yourself or too not confident
enough;
basically if you've learned you're too much or not enough of anything, unlearn those lessons NOW.
Here's
the gig - you can't possibly be too much or not
enough because you are you. And everything that makes you you is JUST RIGHT. Learn that!
So
if someone - anyone tried to teach you something about too muchness or not enoughness - find a new teacher!
